This London-based interior design studio specialises in characterful, high-end hospitality projects, working across the UK and internationally. Their portfolio spans boutique and large-scale hotels, restaurants, bars, and wider hospitality-led schemes, with projects ranging from historic conversions to new-build destinations.

Alongside a strong project pipeline, the studio offers a hybrid working pattern, regular team events, and the chance to travel internationally where projects require it.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a middleweight interior designer with strong hospitality experience to join a growing studio and work across projects from concept through to completion.

Working closely with the project Senior Designer and Associate, you will support creative development, prepare design concepts, develop finishes schemes, produce drawings and specifications, and help ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. The role calls for someone who can combine design flair with strong organisation and a careful eye for detail.

You will contribute to original interior concepts, space planning, FF&E design and specification, and technical drawing packages, while managing multiple tasks efficiently across live projects. There will also be the opportunity to take ownership of aspects of the work and support more junior members of the team.

The Candidate
  • At least 3 years’ experience working on hospitality projects
  • Strong creative flair and a genuine passion for hospitality design
  • Ability to develop original interior design concepts and space planning proposals
  • Experience designing and specifying FF&E
  • Confident producing technical design drawings and specifications
  • Professional proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of materiality and finishes
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to studio working
  • Positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable when working across changing project needs
  • Able to work flexibly to project briefs and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable mentoring junior team members where required

The studio offers hybrid working after probation, with three set days per week in the studio, occasional remote flexibility on request, regular team events, and opportunities to travel internationally for projects.
