This is a senior leadership role for an experienced FF&E specialist to take ownership of the studio’s FF&E department. Working closely with the leadership team, you will shape the structure, organisation, and delivery of FF&E across the practice, ensuring projects are executed with clarity, rigour, and outstanding design quality. You will oversee multiple teams and project workflows, balancing the scale and operational demands of hospitality projects with the precision and individuality required for high-end residential and specialist private commissions. Exposure to yachts, private aviation, or other specialist commissions would be highly advantageous. You will have experience leading teams, running complex FF&E workflows, and improving how a department operates. Alongside strong organisational and commercial judgement, you will bring a refined design eye, an excellent supplier network, and deep knowledge of antiques, bespoke pieces, decorative arts, and high-end materials. You should be confident managing the full FF&E lifecycle, from concept and budget planning through to specification, procurement, installation, and final handover.
