The role will see you heavily involved in the production of 2D CAD drawing packages, including plans, elevations, and bespoke joinery details. You will support the translation of concept into technical information, ensuring drawings are accurate, coordinated, and ready for issue. Alongside this, you will contribute to spatial planning and assist with the development of FF&E, ensuring alignment between design intent and technical execution.
Working closely with senior designers, you will support project coordination, liaising with suppliers and contractors where required, and ensuring drawing packages are updated and consistent across all stages. This is a hands-on role within live projects, offering strong exposure to the technical side of delivery.
The Candidate
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design
- 1–4 years’ experience within an interior design studio environment
- Strong experience producing 2D CAD drawings (plans, elevations, joinery)
- Experience working on hospitality or high-end residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Some experience or interest in AI rendering is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in technical output
- Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage drawing packages across multiple projects
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors
