Working across award-winning restaurants, hotels, and private members’ clubs worldwide, the studio operates at an intentionally boutique scale, allowing for a highly collaborative working environment and a personal approach to client relationships. Based in London, the team delivers distinctive, timeless interiors through close collaboration at every stage of the design process.
This role is suited to a junior to mid-weight interior designer with 3–5 years’ experience working on high-end hospitality projects. You will collaborate closely with senior designers to develop design concepts and spatial strategies from early stages through to project delivery. The position involves taking responsibility for FF&E design packages, including material research, furniture selection, specifications, and supplier coordination. You will produce and coordinate tender and construction drawing packages, including detailed construction and joinery drawings, and prepare clear, well-considered presentations. The role also includes coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout design development and delivery, as well as supporting junior team members and contributing positively to studio culture.
The Candidate
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design
- 3–5 years’ experience delivering luxury hospitality projects, particularly restaurants and hotels
- Previous experience working within a design studio environment
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Confident producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages, including construction and joinery details
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, and fabrication processes
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
