This is an exceptionally rare opportunity to join one of London’s most admired interior design studios at Senior Associate level. Internationally renowned for its understated elegance, exceptional craftsmanship and unmistakable creative identity, the studio delivers extraordinary private residential projects for a global clientele. Its work encompasses interior architecture, decoration, bespoke furniture and lighting, bringing these elements together to create spaces of remarkable depth and longevity.
As a Senior Associate, you’ll take responsibility for several exceptional projects, leading each from concept through to completion across both interiors and FF&E. Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, you’ll translate the studio’s creative vision into beautifully resolved schemes while managing important client relationships. You’ll oversee the designers responsible for day-to-day delivery, retaining accountability for the overall design, quality and successful outcome of each project. Alongside leading your own portfolio, you’ll work with the studio’s senior leadership team to maintain design standards across the practice. You’ll provide creative direction, contribute to design reviews and support the development of the wider team. This is a practising designer role rather than a purely managerial position. It offers the chance to remain closely connected to the creative process while holding genuine influence within one of the industry’s most respected studios.
