The Opportunity

For this position, you will lead the development of architectural concepts, spatial planning, and material specifications, while overseeing design direction across all stages of the project. You will be responsible for managing key packages, ensuring they align with the programme, budget, and the studio’s creative vision. You will also oversee the project model, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and ensure all work complies with building regulations. Additionally, you will manage schedules, track client budgets, and coordinate with interior designers, project managers, technicians, and BIM leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal directors.

The Candidate

  • Lead design from concept to tender, ensuring cohesion between architecture and interiors.
  • Produce detailed technical packages in Revit and Rhino, coordinating with consultants and interior designers.
  • Balance design quality with planning, budget, and programme constraints; ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support studio culture through reviews, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Bring strong interior architecture knowledge, with experience in bespoke joinery and fit-out detailing.
