What You’d Be Doing In This Role

At Canva, our Reward team plays a pivotal role in empowering the world to design by building innovative, future‑focused total rewards strategies that attract, retain and motivate world‑class talent globally. As a Senior Compensation (Reward) Manager, you’ll be a recognised subject‑matter expert across Total Rewards. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and People Partners to shape how we reward impact at scale — blending strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing, global environment.

  • Developing and implementing innovative, company‑wide Total Rewards strategies that strengthen Canva’s ability to attract and retain top talent globally

  • Using market data and forward‑looking analysis to identify emerging trends and shape future‑ready reward strategies
  • Preparing executive‑level and board‑ready content on Total Rewards matters
  • Mentoring and uplifting capability within the Reward function
