What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that\’s all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you\’ll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Collaborate closely with the Public Sector Sales and Success team to identify and pursue strategic pipeline opportunities, create demand generation activities, and desired results.
- Build sales pipeline using cold outreach and social selling by scheduling and running qualification meetings before passing it on to Canva Consultants.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Canva technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, and more.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
- Learning and implementing strategies that align Canva’s solutions with customer pains, use cases, and organization imperatives.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, Pocus, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and other resources to maintain pipeline generation and hygiene strategies.
- Deliver on weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance metrics.
You\’re probably a match if
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Native German or French speaker.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, possesses great time management skills.
- Goal Oriented & driven; able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
- Experience with cold outreach, including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach Tools and cold calling.
