Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. Thanks for stopping by. We know job ads can feel a bit formulaic sometimes, but we promise Canva is anything but. If you're drawn to what we're building and you see yourself in this role, we'd love to hear from you.

Our London office is a hub for collaboration and energy. But we also believe in working where you do your best thinking. This role is based in London, with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

This role sits close to the centre of one of Canva's most complex go-to-market organisations. You'll support Claire Darley, VP & GM of GTM, whose remit spans Enterprise Partnerships, Global Solutions, and EMEA B2B Sales. The teams around you are building, running and scaling all at once, so the work moves fast and covers a lot of ground.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Owning the operating rhythm — running the cadences that keep the organisation aligned, including QBRs, leadership meetings, pipeline reviews and cross-functional forums
  • Driving strategic projects from brief to delivery, including post-acquisition GTM integration work and EMEA growth initiatives
  • Managing competing priorities across regions, segments and business lines, so the right things get done at the right time
  • Working with Finance and RevOps to surface the metrics that matter — win rates, pipeline health, deal size trends and forecast confidence — and using them to inform decisions
  • Turning messy inputs into clear, compelling updates for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Partnering with the wider leadership team to spot gaps, flag risks and connect teams that might otherwise work in silos

You're Probably a Match If:

  • You have solid experience in strategy, operations or a chief of staff-type role in a fast-scaling tech environment, ideally with some exposure to B2B sales, partnerships or GTM
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and don't need every week to look the same
  • You bring strong analytical instincts — you don't just report the numbers, you explain what they mean
  • You can shift between strategic thinking, deck-building and stakeholder conversations without losing quality or pace
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, including with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • You read a room well, handle sensitive situations with discretion, and build trust quickly
  • You take ownership. You don't wait to be asked, and you don't let things slip
  • You're not precious about hierarchy — you do what needs doing

You'll be joining Sales & Success, the team behind Canva's go-to-market engine. We're scaling our sales-led ARR, growing our enterprise business, and building the foundations for Canva Enterprise Platform as we move from tool to platform. It's a big, ambitious remit, and this role helps keep it all running smoothly.

Canva has grown hugely over the last few years, but we're only just getting started. Here's a taste of what's on offer:

  • Equity packages — so you share in Canva's success
  • Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents & carers
  • An annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing, social connection, office setup & more
  • Flexible leave options that empower you to be a force for good, take time to recharge and supports you personally

We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills and passion, as well as how you can enhance Canva and our culture. When you apply, please tell us the pronouns you use and any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.

We celebrate all types of skills and backgrounds at Canva so even if you don't feel like your skills quite match what's listed above - we still want to hear from you!

Please note that interviews are conducted virtually.
