Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. Thanks for stopping by. We know job descriptions can feel a bit formulaic sometimes, but we promise Canva is anything but. If you're drawn to what we're building and you see yourself in this role, we'd love to hear from you.
Our London office is a hub for collaboration and energy — and we know great thinking happens in different places. This role offers flexibility to work in a way that suits you, whether that's in-office, hybrid, or remote.
This is a commercial leadership role with real ownership — you'll hold the full post-sale revenue motion across three of Canva's acquired businesses: Leonardo AI, Flourish, and Remove.bg. As we build a unified commercial engine for the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit, you'll lead the team, own the number, and shape how we grow.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Owning the post-sale revenue number across Leonardo AI, Flourish, and Remove.bg — renewals, expansions, and commercial negotiations
- Leading and developing a team of CSMs and AEs across EMEA, AMER, and APJ, building a culture that is as commercially sharp as it is customer-focused
- Establishing a commercial operating rhythm — pipeline reviews, renewal forecasting, and expansion plays that connect the team to revenue outcomes
- Driving the Canva Paper migration for existing customers, maintaining commercial continuity and capturing upsell opportunities through the transition
- Partnering with Regional Sales leaders and the BU Lead on account strategy, co-sell motions, and multi-threading across the Canva and Fleo portfolio
- Building scalable CS playbooks, tooling (SFDC, Gong), and metrics that will outlast the current build phase — and set up future Canva acquisitions for success
You're probably a match if:
- You own a number and know how to grow it — renewals, expansions, and NRR are your primary metrics, not health scores
- You've led post-sale or renewal teams in SaaS, ideally across multiple products or customer segments, and you've driven growth (not just satisfaction)
- You have strong commercial negotiation skills and executive presence — comfortable in front of enterprise customers and in internal commercial discussions
- You've built operating models from scratch before — playbooks, forecasting, tooling, and team capability in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
- You've navigated product transitions or platform migrations with commercial accountability and customer-facing ownership
- You're a collaborative operator who can align regional sales, product, and finance teams around shared goals and joint pipeline
We're the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit — Canva's home for its acquired businesses: Leonardo AI, Flourish, and Remove.bg. We manage $20M+ in annual recurring revenue across three distinct product lines, and we're building the connective tissue, shared infrastructure, and unified commercial narrative that has been missing. Small, focused, and hugely consequential to how Canva grows its enterprise business.
Canva has grown hugely over the last few years, but we're only just getting started. Here's a taste of what's on offer:
- Equity packages — so you share in Canva's success
- Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents & carers
- An annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing, social connection, office setup & more
- Flexible leave options that empower you to be a force for good, take time to recharge and supports you personally
We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills and passion, as well as how you can enhance Canva and our culture. When you apply, please tell us the pronouns you use and any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
We celebrate all types of skills and backgrounds at Canva so even if you don't feel like your skills quite match what's listed above — we still want to hear from you! Please note that interviews are conducted virtually.
