Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you’re probably keen to find out what’s on offer, so we’ll get straight to the point.
The buzzing Canva London campus features several buildings around beautiful leafy Hoxton Square in Shoreditch. While our global headquarters is in Sydney, Australia, London is our HQ for Europe, with all kinds of teams based here, plus event spaces to gather our team and communities. You’ll experience a warm welcome from our Vibe team at front of house, amazing home cooked food from our Head Chef and a variety of workspaces to hang out with your team mates or get solo work done. That said, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals and so you have choice in where and how you work.
What you’d be doing in this role:
- Owning Education as a growth vertical in UK & Ireland — driving activation, repeat usage, and measurable adoption across teachers and students.
- Designing and executing UK & Ireland's education growth strategy — from grassroots teacher engagement to municipality-level partnerships.
- Shifting the focus from “train” to “activate & retain” — embedding Canva into everyday classroom workflows.
- Aligning Sales, Marketing, Content, Product, and Partnerships around clear education growth outcomes.
- Identifying friction in onboarding and reducing barriers to sustained usage at scale.
- Building scalable, locally relevant initiatives that turn education into a compounding acquisition and frequency engine.
You’re probably a match if:
- You have built or scaled something measurable — a market, a vertical, a segment — and can clearly articulate the growth levers behind it.
- You think in activation, retention, and habit formation — not just awareness or top-line sales.
- You are hands-on and comfortable operating without a rigid playbook — rolling up your sleeves when needed.
- You can navigate both grassroots environments (teachers, schools, communities) and strategic conversations (partners, stakeholders, government).
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can influence without authority.
- You are curious, adaptable, and excited about shaping a vertical that doesn’t yet have a fully defined playbook.
You’ll join Canva’s International supergroup — a distributed team of growth leaders, marketers, and strategists focused on expanding Canva’s impact across key global markets. In UK & Ireland, you’ll work closely with the Country Manager and collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Content to build education into a sustainable, high-impact growth engine.
