Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. We know job descriptions can feel a bit formulaic sometimes, but we promise Canva is anything but. If you're drawn to what we're building and you see yourself in this role, we'd love to hear from you.
Where and How You Can Work
Our London office is the hub for this role — and that's intentional. MidMarket sales is a craft that's sharpened in a room together, especially for a team that's still being built. You'll be in‑office, leading by example and helping early‑career sellers grow their judgment alongside their numbers.
What You'd Be Doing in This Role
MidMarket is one of Canva's biggest untapped opportunities in EMEA — and this role is about turning that into a real, repeatable business. You won't inherit a playbook; you'll write it. At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Building and leading a high‑performing, multilingual MidMarket sales team in London, running a consistent remote‑first sales motion across UK, France, and Germany
- Designing the sales playbook from the ground up — how we prospect, qualify, close, and measure in this segment
- Driving ARR from both net‑new logos and converting Canva Free/Pro users into Business and Enterprise SKUs
- Building a partnership model with resellers that generates pipeline in markets where marketing investment is lower
- Partnering cross‑functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success so the right investment follows the MidMarket opportunity
- Delivering a clean, data‑backed view of MidMarket ARR contribution, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates — and owning the forecast from day one
You're Probably a Match If
- You've carried a quota and closed deals — you know what good pipeline looks like because you've built it yourself, from prospecting through to close
- You understand the science behind a high‑velocity sales motion: how to reverse‑engineer a target, qualify fast without being transactional, and coach reps to do the same
- You have experience managing or closely mentoring early‑career sellers — you know how to develop someone who is technically capable but still building judgment
- You're comfortable building process from scratch, and you find that energising rather than overwhelming
- You're rigorous with data, honest about pipeline health, and you don't wait to be asked when something isn't working
- You're based in London or ready to relocate — this is an in‑office role, and presence matters here
