Who are we? Since medical cannabis was legalised in the UK in 2018, Cantourage UK has been building the infrastructure that makes this industry work - safely, compliantly and at scale. We operate across two deeply interconnected worlds: A regulated tele-health clinic, delivering high-quality patient care and a licensed pharmaceutical supply operation, powering the wider ecosystem. Together, they form a complex, high-trust system where clinical integrity, operational excellence and smart technology must work in lockstep. With a strong foundation in place and serious scale-up ambitions ahead, we're now building the operational backbone to match.
What's the purpose of the role? We've built a supply chain that works. Now we need to make it exceptional. As our Supply Chain Manager, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function within our Pharmaceutical Operations Unit — evolving our processes, systems and rhythms to carry us confidently through our next phase of scale. You'll be the architect of how we plan, procure and deliver.
Reporting to the Head of Pharmaceutical Operations, you'll work closely with Finance on our S equivalent regulated-environment depth will be considered. Demonstrable experience managing regulated import pathways — including cross-border supply routing, MHRA and/or Home Office engagement, and working with international supply partners.
