Who are we? Since medical cannabis was legalised in the UK in 2018, Cantourage UK has been building the infrastructure that makes this industry work - safely, compliantly and at scale. We operate across two deeply interconnected worlds: A regulated tele-health clinic, delivering high-quality patient care and a licensed pharmaceutical supply operation, powering the wider ecosystem. Together, they form a complex, high-trust system where clinical integrity, operational excellence and smart technology must work in lockstep.

With a strong foundation in place and ambitious growth ahead, we’re now looking for a Pharma Ops Coordinator to strengthen the engine room of our pharmaceutical operations - supporting procurement, distribution, systems and compliance so that patients and partners receive safe, accurate and timely service every single day.

What’s the purpose of the role?

You will play a critical role within our industry-leading Orders team, supporting retail and wholesale distribution across the UK. This is not a purely administrative role. It’s about operating at the heart of a regulated pharmaceutical supply chain - ensuring orders move accurately, compliance standards are upheld, and operational risks are spotted before they become problems. Working under the guidance of the Pharma Ops Manager, you’ll support procurement, order processing, system optimisation and customer experience, all within the unique context of distributing unlicensed Schedule 2 controlled drugs. In short: you’ll help make operational excellence our competitive advantage.

What impact will you have?
