Taking responsibility for contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day management of the working environment including communication, data accuracy and helping to achieve a supportive, positive culture across the practice team.
Support admin staff with management of new patient registrations
Liaise with GP practices to gather patient medical information for triage
Conduct medicines reconciliation consultations for new patient registrations
Support in the delivery of clinic services including processing discharge/clinic letters
Participate in complaint handling, investigations, and responding to feedback as required
Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives
Participating in ongoing training and development activities to keep up to date with the latest developments in medical cannabis treatments
Applicants must have a pharmacy technician qualification (NVQ level 3 equivalent) along with primary care experience and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
