Working Structure: Office based (Thursdays we work from home)

Reports to: Head of Growth

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 base + double OTE

Who are we? Since cannabis was legalised for medical use in the UK back in 2018, Cantourage UK has been at the forefront of building an ecosystem to service patients and businesses across this rapidly-growing space. In doing so, we have secured a variety of pharmaceutical licenses for import/wholesale/export activities (regulated by the Home Office and MHRA) as well as a tele-health clinic license (regulated by the CQC). We are part of the Cantourage Group SE, a publicly listed European medical cannabis operator with infrastructure spanning Germany, the UK and multiple EU markets.

What’s the purpose of the role? This role exists to bring in new business. You will be responsible for identifying, opening and growing new partnerships, particularly with pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers, and turning cold prospects into long-term commercial relationships. This is not an account maintenance role. This is a new business, pipeline-building, relationship-owning role for someone who enjoys the chase, values autonomy and wants their effort to directly translate into results, commission and progression.

  • Understand partner needs and position Cantourage as the obvious long-term choice

  • Directly contribute to onboarding new clients and expanding market presence
  • Track progress, momentum and conversion clearly, and own your number
  • Become known internally as someone who makes things happen
