We’re looking for a talented Head Office Clinical Pharmacist to drive our mission of improving access to medicinal cannabis across the UK. If you're passionate about making a difference in this transformative field, this is your chance to join a dynamic and exciting team!
What you'll do
- Conduct pre-registration screenings to assess eligibility for clinic services
- Provide consultations and prescriptions for pain and psychiatry patients under specialist shared care
- Offer support & advice to patients, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Help train and onboard our remote clinicians
- Work with our Clinical Lead & Practice Manager to ensure high standards of quality and compliance
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care
- Actively participate to drive quality and governance workstreams
- Manage patient feedback, handle complaints, and lead investigations
- Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with medical cannabis evidence base advancements through ongoing training
- Support clinical services and scope new opportunities for business development
- Help prepare for CQC inspections and contribute to the inspection process
