The Opportunity:

Newmark is expanding its services across the UK and is seeking motivated and experienced valuation professionals to join our growing regional teams. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work with a wide variety of property types and client portfolios, with a focus on providing high‐quality valuation services for financial reporting, secured lending, investment, and transactional purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake RICS‐compliant property valuations across commercial, residential, and mixed‐use assets.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports for a diverse client base including banks, funds, developers, and investors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support valuation assumptions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments and regions within Newmark to support cross‐functional projects and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, RICS regulations, and client‐specific requirements.
  • Extensive travel required.
