Role Lucera Financial Infrastructures is hiring a Customer Support Engineer for our Belfast office to help expand our global support footprint for our one of our core products, used by some of the top names in financial services. We are looking for someone who has 3+ years experience working primarily with customer support in financial services. This role is for individuals who can work effectively as part of the local and wider global team, along with the ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership. We are looking to talk to people with: A passion for technology, with an ability and desire to pick up new technologies Experience of first and second level support, and customer onboarding Understanding of support processes, and ability to react and adapt to changing circumstances Strong skills in Unix/Linux based environments Knowledge of common scripting languages and ability to automate common processes, and interact with existing frameworks Experience with Financial Services, in particular concepts of Market Data and Order Entry Excellent communication skills
