The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Responsibilities:
To work within our Projects department, reporting to the Senior Project Manager in the design, planning, reporting, delivery and review of engineering solutions within Water Utilities. Projects will be predominantly based within wastewater schemes.
(Open to both permanent and contract candidates)
Skills and Experience:
- Preparation of documentation packs including RAMS, construction phase plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple concurrent projects to ensure their successful delivery against KPI’s.
- To closely liaise with other departments to ensure resources are correctly allocated and client requirements are fully achieved.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to develop practical design solutions to meet technical challenges.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Attention to detail and a dynamic approach.
- Good communication skills both in written correspondence and client facing meetings.
- Familiarity with the standard Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Microsoft Project experience would be beneficial.
- An ability to manage contractors and engineers when required.
- Demonstrable experience of working within the water and / or wastewater industries
Qualifications:
· An industry applicable ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent (Desirable)
· H&S qualifications (desirable)
· IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS) (Desirable)
· CSCS card
· Full Driving License is essential.
