We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our team within the engineering and wastewater industry. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in technical products who is keen to develop their knowledge over time. You will assist with preparing quotations, handling customer enquiries, and providing basic technical information, working closely with our Senior Sales Administrator. Full training on our wastewater products and solutions will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Work with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and ensure the products meet system requirements.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary support.
- Problem Solving: Help customers solve problems with product usage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Assist the Sales Team with negotiating contract terms to secure orders, ensuring product standards and delivery.
- Customer Service and Marketing: Assisting the Marketing Manager with sourcing material for social media posts (approx. 3–4 per month). Sending feedback forms to customers after visits and following up on negative responses. Sending monthly summary reports to the Bids and Proposals Manager with feedback data.
- Enquiry Management: Monitoring the Sales bucket.
