My client is a hugely successful wastewater engineering solutions company and is part of a global leading water treatment enterprise. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, wastewater or environmental with a keen eye on Commercial, Operations, Finance and more. The role would require a strong MEICA knowledge/background, ideally within the water or utilities sector. A proven track record of managing operations and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations and alignment with company goals.
