Canterbury Oast Trust is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to help run the Granary Restaurant and catering outlets at the Rare Breeds Centre. You will support the Catering Manager with daily operations, lead a team, and uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
