As a full-time, permanent Supported Living Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live their lives to the fullest, embracing independence, dignity, choice, and achievement every step of the way. Our Supported Living Services are designed to transform lives, allowing the people we support to enjoy their own unique tenancy agreements and customised care packages tailored just for them.

Your Adventure Awaits - Hours and Shift Details:

Work 162.5 hours a month, where no two days are the same! Experience a dynamic shift pattern that combines long days, sleep‑ins, and weekends, all focused on a Person‑Centred Approach. Primarily support our Highlands Farm location in Woodchurch, including Farmview, Lockhart and Farmhouse, with opportunities to help in Ashford, Aldington, and New Romney when needed.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Assist them in every aspect of their daily lives, from shopping and cooking to cleaning and gardening, every moment counts!
  • Provide transportation and companionship for community visits and appointments.
  • Help manage home responsibilities, including bill payments and scheduling appointments.
  • Administer daily medications when required, always ensuring the utmost care.
  • Create a safe and encouraging environment, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
  • An enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
  • Two satisfactory references (one from your current or most recent employer).
  • A full and detailed employment history.
  • A full manual driving licence, be over 21, and have held your licence for at least one year.
