This is a full-time role, requiring you to work 162.5 hours a month.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of our mission, delivering personalised, high-quality care that truly makes a difference. You’ll assist individuals in all areas of daily living, including personal care, while creating a safe, supportive atmosphere where they can feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. If you're willing and able, you might also drive a COT pool car (manual) to take residents to their appointments and exciting activities. To qualify for this, you'll need to be 21 or older.
