The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 β¬ per hour.
This is a new part time role for 22.5 hours a week working as part of the newly formed Operations Team providing admin support. A sound professional working relationship will be required with the GPs and staff working within the Practice.
Main duties of the job:
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and operational summaries
- Managing parking fines administration
- Support digital access platforms β Process clinical appointment books
- Log complaints and significant events and carry out investigations
- Assist with governance data
- Problem solve basic IT issues
Responsibilities will evolve as the role develops.
Qualifications:
- Good standard of education with good literacy and numeracy skills
Experience:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other IT systems
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
- Accuracy in recording data
- Track record of administrative experience in a healthcare setting or similar
- Knowledge of EMIS Web Clinical System
