Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Lift Engineer or trainee lift engineer working across the south east. The Lift Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of platform lifts at various locations in line with company standards and industry regulations. Daily tasks will include conducting equipment inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing professional customer service. The candidate will work closely with a team of skilled engineers to address customer needs and contribute to the company\’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Lifting Equipment, including platform lift installation, maintenance, and repair is desirable but not required.
Proficient in Maintenance & Repair processes with a detail-oriented approach
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
Thorough knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices in the lift industry
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
Relevant certifications, qualifications, or engineering experience considered an asset
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Full, clean driver\’s license and willingness to travel for on-site work
