Job Purpose
This role will support the finance team with administrative financial tasks. We warmly welcome applications from people with little or no previous finance experience, but who are confident in using Microsoft Office and are interested in learning and developing new skills. You will be supported as you learn, gaining practical experience in a friendly, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with Finance Director and the Head of Finance to understand your daily assignments.
- Preparing report templates in excel.
- Scanning documents to assist with digital record keeping.
- Assisting with audits by providing necessary information to the auditors.
- Providing support and assistance across the wider Finance team.

- Confident using Microsoft Office, the internet and email
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity to ensure data quality and compliance
- Interest in bookkeeping, budgeting, and planning income and expenditure

Youβll also need to complete the induction checklist and some online training.
