We are looking for a SITS Support Officer to join our newly established Digital Products Directorate at Canterbury Christ Church University. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting essential systems that underpin the student lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for the SITS student records system, assisting staff across the university with queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with Student and Academic Services (SAS) and IT teams to maintain data quality, improve processes, and support system users effectively.
  • Assist in training users and delivering training materials that enable users to work efficiently and independently.
  • Contribute to wider Digital Products initiatives and projects beyond core support responsibilities, helping to drive continuous improvement across the service.
