If so, here is an opportunity to play a key role in the newly developed Placement Service at Canterbury Christ Church University.

We\'re reimagining the way students engage with placements—delivering integrated, high-impact support that helps them step confidently and safely into professional environments. Our Placement Compliance Team is dedicated to ensuring all student placements meet PSRB standards and risk management requirements, providing a safe and compliant pathway into professional environments.

In this role, you will support the team in delivering a student-centered placement service that upholds regulatory compliance and provides high-quality administrative support. You\'ll join a dynamic team where collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to student success drive everything we do. Your knowledge and skills will help shape a modern placement journey that equips students with the skills, confidence, and networks they need to thrive in today\'s world. If you\'re ready to contribute to this exciting direction, we look forward to hearing from you.

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced administrator, skilled at providing high-quality support within a busy environment. While direct experience with student placements is not essential, a basic understanding of placement processes and compliance requirements would be beneficial.

Familiarity with Professional, Statutory, and Regulatory Bodies (PSRBs) and their compliance frameworks is desirable, particularly in maintaining accurate records and supporting adherence to placement policies.

You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Experience working with digital systems for tracking and reporting is important, and knowledge of placement management software or similar tools would be advantageous.
