Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for student and staff enquiries, providing friendly and efficient support to keep operations running smoothly.
- Manage a range of key administrative processes – from exceptional circumstances and late submissions to student communications.
- Work across apprenticeships, partnerships, and short courses to support academic delivery.
- Contribute to wider student activities such as inductions, attendance monitoring, and prize administration to support the student journey from enrolment to graduation.
