An exciting opportunity to join our Digital Products team, supporting the delivery, enhancement and ongoing operation of key digital products used across the University. As a Product Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the configuration, testing, enhancement and operational support of digital products. Working closely with Product Managers, technical teams, users and suppliers, you will help deliver product improvements, support quality assurance activities and contribute to the successful delivery of product change.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience supporting, configuring, implementing or maintaining digital products, systems or services, together with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. How will you work?

We are committed to supporting flexible methods of working wherever possible and this role is classified as Flexible and connected (Professional Services). It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus; but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.
