Are you passionate about opening doors for students and connecting them with real-world opportunities? We are recruiting two Placement Service Administrators to join our dynamic 20-strong team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping career-defining experiences for students across diverse programmes. Every placement you coordinate could be the experience that launches a student's career.

You will be the vital link between our university, industry partners and students, orchestrating meaningful work-based learning opportunities that bridge the gap between education and employment. You will build partnerships by establishing and maintaining relationships with external organisations, healthcare trusts, placement providers and academic colleagues, whilst maintaining integrity and values congruent with those of the university.

You will administer placements across multiple courses, ensuring high-quality support to our students and smooth, professional placement experiences from start to finish. You will problem-solve and respond to changing priorities, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You need to be organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in an active, people-focused role.

You will require:

  • GCSE English A-C (or equivalent)
  • Recent administrative experience
  • A positive, self-motivated approach and professional presence
  • The ability to juggle priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine customer service mindset

Campus attendance will vary on a day-to-day basis and across the year but must purposefully align to the needs of our students, staff, and stakeholders. It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus; but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.

Join a supportive team where your work directly contributes to student success stories every single day.
