Background of the department: Student Wellbeing and Support is a busy department meeting the needs of all CCCU students. The support offer is broad and varied, covering all health conditions, learning differences and groups with protected characteristics.

Role Summary: This role holds high-level responsibility for support delivery across the department, ensuring the service is accountable, meets sector priorities and student need. We are looking for someone with experience of managing a range of specialist support provision in higher education and who has worked in senior roles. This is an excellent opportunity to join a committed service with ambitious plans to develop and embed best practice. The successful candidate will drive change and manage delivery of complex key projects.

Working Arrangements: Flexible methods of working are supported. Campus attendance will vary on a day-to-day basis and over the year, but must be aligned to the needs of students, staff and stakeholders. Travel to partner institutions may be required.
