Are you hands-on, customer-focused, and love variety in your workday? We're looking for a Lodge General Assistant to help deliver exceptional experiences across our vibrant venue.
What You'll Be Doing As A General Assistant
No two days are the same! You'll:
- Prepare bedrooms for guest arrivals
- Clean public areas of the hotel
- Ensure both internal and external areas of the Cathedral are clean and tidy, ready for visitors
- Ensure offices are clean and rubbish free
- Work collaboratively across other departments, such as Banqueting and Events, as and when required
What We're Looking For
You're someone who:
- Is friendly, reliable, and adaptable
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has previous experience in hospitality or a similar environment
- Is comfortable with cash handling and using a till
- (Food Hygiene or First Aid certification is a bonus but not essential!)
