The Canterbury Cathedral Lodge is seeking a proactive and professional Conference Banqueting Supervisor to help deliver exceptional events in one of the most unique venues in the region. In this hands-on role, you will oversee the setup and service of conferences, meetings, banquets, weddings and VIP functions ensuring high standards, smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.
You will support and lead the C B team, coordinate closely with Catering and Sales colleagues, and ensure every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week including weekends.
