What you'll be doing as a Casual General Assistant
No two days are the same! You'll support across multiple areas, including:
- Helping set up and run functions to a high standard
- Supporting with reception duties and guest services
- Assisting in the kitchen with basic prep, cleaning, and organisation
- Keeping all areas clean, safe, and welcoming
- Pitching in across departments wherever needed
What were looking for in a Casual General Assistant
- A people-person who provides excellent customer service
- Someone flexible, proactive, and a great team player
- Comfortable handling cash and using tills
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role (preferred)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Not essential, but nice to have:
- A varied role where you'll learn new skills every day
- Work in a supportive, team-focused environment
- Play a key part in creating memorable guest experiences
