Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting an Office Manager on behalf of a growing business in Englefield Green. This hands-on role oversees stock control, administration, finance processes and logistics, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Office based, Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels across multiple locations
- Oversee day-to-day administration and support the admin team
- Process orders, invoices, purchase orders and payments
- Use CRM, inventory and finance systems (e.g. Zoho, Xero)
- Coordinate deliveries, shipping and import/export documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams
- Support marketing activity and HR administration as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in operations, administration or office management
- Strong stock control and finance administration knowledge
- Confident systems user (CRM, inventory, accounting software)
- Highly organised, proactive and able to multitask
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
