Our client near Slough are seeking a highly skilled, trustworthy, and proactive Private Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO and family. This role requires a highly organised and discreet professional who can manage both personal and professional tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and skilled in multitasking to ensure the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nEfficiently manage and coordinate the employer's calendar, ensuring timely appointments, meetings, and social engagements.\\nOrganise personal and professional appointments, ensuring that they align with the employer's priorities and availability.\\nMake reservations for dining, accommodations, and entertainment, and book tickets for events, travel, and more.\\nSchedule and organise both social and private events, from family gatherings to business functions.\\nPlan and arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation across multiple locations.\\nOversee the planning and execution of personal and professional events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.\\nManage personal shopping needs, including clothing, gifts, and household items.\\nOversee household tasks and staff, run errands, and ensure that day-to-day personal needs are met.\\nBook flights, train tickets, and other modes of transportation according to the employer's schedule.\\nMaintain up-to-date records of vehicle policies, ensuring insurance, taxes, and registrations are current.\\nEnsure catering and dining needs are met, including dietary preferences and timing for meetings, events, or personal gatherings.\\nAttending meetings and minute taking\\nSubmit expenses on behalf of the CEO\\nRaising purchase orders\\nSales analysis and preparation for tenders on Excel and SageThe successful candidate will have\\n\\nProven experience working as a Private Personal Assistant.\\nRelevant Qualifications in business administration or related field.\\nAble to adapt quickly in challenging and pressured environment.\\nExcellent planning and organisational skills, including making judgments about competing priorities and identifying resources accordingly.\\nAdvanced Excel skills, including ability to use other appropriate IT applications effectively.\\nStrong analytical skills\\n\\nIf you are interested in this Private PA role, please do apply or contact Esther Ward on (phone number removed) to discuss the position in more detail
