Legal Apprenticeship

(2 year contract)

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Legal Apprenticeship to join our client based in Putney. You will receive mentorship and training whilst getting hands-on experience and learning on the job. After an induction process in which you will learn about the wider business and how we work, you will then progress through a variety of specialisms in the Legal team to enhance your development and have a real impact on the business. This is a hands-on role which gives you the practical experience to build your confidence and enable you to develop your career.

The successful Legal Apprentice will be responsible for:

  • Gaining experience working on a rotational basis amongst different legal specialties, where you will support the Legal Team with a variety of tasks.
  • Building strong relationships with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Developing strong communication skills.
  • Assisting with maintaining and enhancing the Legal Team profile within the business by creating and uploading new materials (such as legal trainings and presentations) and posting on our internal communication platform(s) as required.
  • Managing various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.

The Legal Apprenticeship will have:

  • Three A-Levels equivalent to 96 UCAS points.
  • Five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and Maths.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn systems.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritising and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, always uses initiative.
  • Team player, demonstrates a positive attitude, works collaboratively.

At the completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship.
