Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a well-established, growing, privately owned business based in Leatherhead and they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their office. A full-time, office-based role, working 37hrs a week.
This is a hands-on generalist role, supporting senior management and line managers across the full employee lifecycle, with the support of an external HR and employment law advisory partner.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters
- Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues
- Support appraisals, KPIs, and development planning
- Ensure HR policies, GDPR, and employment law compliance
- Maintain HR systems and produce management reports
- Support wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in an HR Advisory/Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident communicator with a practical, proactive approach
- Organised, discreet, and comfortable working in a small business environment
