Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk for our client based in Colnbrook. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. A driving licence is required.
Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk duties:
- Answer phones & liaise with customers
- Arrange airline collections/deliveries
- Plan import routings & overseas collection
- Put experience into practical everyday use
- Occasional invoicing
- Tariff classification
- Import license check
- Prepare import rated airwaybills in support of billings
- Preparing simple quotations
- Checking correct use of CPCs & authorisations
- Customs entries (ASM/Gems/Sequoia)
- Filing customs post entry submissions/reclaims
