We are currently seeking experienced Welders to join a busy manufacturing team based in Hornby. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business specializing in the manufacture of engineered poles and structures. The role offers a mix of production welding and more bespoke fabrication work, providing the opportunity to use and develop your welding skills.
About the Role
You will primarily be responsible for MIG and TIG welding as part of the production process. While some aspects of the role can be repetitive, there will also be opportunities to work on bespoke and customized projects, where accuracy, quality, and strong welding skills are essential. You will be working as part of a supportive production team where safety, quality, and productivity are key.
Shift Options
- Day Shift: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Night Shift: 4:00pm – 2:00am Monday to Friday
Competitive rates are available depending on your welding experience and skill level.

- Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
- Previous New Zealand welding experience preferred

- Reliable transport to and from work
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety
