About the Role
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Candidates to join our clients team, assisting with counting and verifying pick slots within a busy warehouse environment.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, concentration and safety awareness. The successful candidates will play an important role in ensuring stock locations and quantities are counted correctly to support efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately count and verify stock within designated pick slots.
- Ensure inventory counts are completed thoroughly and recorded correctly.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks.
- Operate a pallet truck (Jiffy) safely to access and move stock as required.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Report discrepancies or stock issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Shift Options:
- Shift 1: Sunday-Thursday, 1:30 pm - Midnight
- Shift 2: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
The ideal candidates will have:
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to count accurately.
- Pallet truck (jiffy experience)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- The ability to remain focused and on task for extended periods.
- Strong safety awareness and a commitment to following procedures.
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- The ability to work independently and follow instructions.
An immediate start is required, with work commencing Monday and continuing after Christmas. Candidates must be available and committed for the full duration of the assignment. No leave is to be taken during this period, so full availability is essential.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay rate of $26.10 per hour paid weekly.
- Consistent work through to after Christmas at a minimum.
