We are seeking a reliable and organized warehouse assistant to join our client team in Wigram. They specialize in exporting a range of unique orthotics and innersoles. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, and warehouse duties.

Initially candidates will be trained in dispatch and then later trained on customer service and order tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Duties
    • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
    • Scan and manage inventory accurately
    • Communicate with production
    • Check and process inwards goods
    • Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
    • Assist with stock counts and inventory control
    • Meet dispatch deadlines and performance targets
  • Customer Service & Administration
    • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email (90%)
    • Manage order discrepancies, returns, and replacements
    • Maintain accurate data across ERP, CRM, and inventory systems
    • Prepare shipping and export documentation for NZ and international orders
    • Export KPI and operational reports
    • Support purchasing activities and monitor stock levels
    • Assist with document control and general administration
    • Work within ISO quality management procedures
Skills & Experience
  • Previous customer service and warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible and team-focused attitude

Hours - 25-30 hours per week with flexibility between 9am-3pm or 8am-2pm Monday-Friday. $25.50 starting rate with a review when fully trained in dispatch.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with a mix of customer service, administration, and warehouse responsibilities.
