We're looking for an experienced warehouse assistant to join a company specializing in civil supply products and materials. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse based in Hornby

About the Role

You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse and forklift duties, including:

  • Operating forklifts (counterbalance) and occasional reach truck use
  • Loading trucks and unloading containers
  • RF scanning and processing customer orders
  • Customer service
  • Loading customers vehicles
  • General labouring and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Class 1 deliveries when required - Manual

What You Need

  • Valid OSH + F endorsement (essential)
  • Previous forklift operating experience (reach is not essential, can be trained)
  • Full clean license and the ability to drive manual.
  • Ideally have experience with RF scanners & order processing
  • Confidence with customer service
  • Ability to complete manual tasks and general labouring
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Flexible to assist across the warehouse as needed

What's on offer

  • $26+ per hour
  • Ongoing consistent work
  • Rate dependent on experience, weekly pay
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
  • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
