Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join a busy team. This is a hands-on role involving palletizing, wrapping, labelling, and moving goods around the warehouse.

The successful candidate will need to be physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Palletizing goods ready for storage or dispatch
  • Wrapping and securing pallets
  • Product devanning
  • Labelling products and pallets accurately
  • Moving pallets into designated storage areas
  • General warehouse duties and housekeeping
  • Picking up rubbish and sweeping work areas
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized
  • Assisting with forklift duties when required

About You

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Safety-conscious with a positive attitude
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
  • Current OSH forklift certification is required
  • Forklift experience is advantageous
