Our client, a building supplies and timber merchant based in Rolleston, is seeking a Trade Sales Support Administrator to join their team for an immediate start.
Key responsibilities include:
- General administrative tasks
- Processing invoices
- Preparing quotes
- Supporting the sales team
- Ordering stock
- Liaising with clients via email and phone as required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with invoicing and/or quoting
- Background in a similar role
- Trade knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
