CanRecruit are on the hunt for some skilled labourers to work within manufacturing, logistics, construction and warehousing clients across canterbury. Majority of our roles are temp-permanent but we do occasionally have shorter assignments.
Roles we have can vary between forklift operation, pick packing, machine operation, devanning, skilled labour and industrial Labour.
Ideally candidates will have:
- Reliable transport
- A great attitude and work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Good level of physical fitness
- Potential experience in manufacturing or General labouring
- Able to use hand and power tools (not essential but useful)
- Available for an immediate start
- Forklift experience is helpful but not essential (OSH or F)
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ check
What's on Offer:
- Shifts are usually days anywhere between 6am-5pm. We do occasionally have afternoon and night shifts as well.
- Pay between $24-$27 per hour, paid weekly
- Basic PPE provided
- Ongoing support/training
- Both long term and short opportunities
