Powder Coater
As an experienced Powder Coater, you'll play an important part in the production process, ensuring fabricated components receive a durable, high-quality finish before being delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing metal products for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging components
- Applying powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
- Operating curing ovens and monitoring coating quality
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identifying and rectifying coating defects where required
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the powder coating area clean and organised
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working closely with the production team to meet daily production targets

- Carry out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
